Meet The Founder
My journey in the world of fitness started over a decade ago when I discovered my love for weightlifting during my high school years. While being an active participant in sports such as wrestling and track, I was introduced to the fundamentals of weightlifting. This initial spark ignited my passion for exercise, and I haven't looked back since.
In 2018, I decided to turn my passion for fitness into a career. Recognizing that becoming a great personal trainer would take time and dedication, I began by offering training sessions to friends and family. By 2020, I established my personal training business and started working with clients. To date, I have had the privilege of training over 30 individuals, helping them achieve their fitness goals, whether it be weight loss, strength gain, or even training during pregnancy.
My approach to personal training extends beyond just exercise. I am also passionate about educating my clients on nutrition and healthy eating habits, recognizing that diet plays a crucial role in overall well-being and achieving fitness goals.
Currently, I am preparing to step onto a new stage in my fitness journey. I aspire to join a bodybuilding competition, focusing on natural physique competitions right here in Minnesota. This personal challenge not only motivates me but also serves as an inspiration for my clients, showcasing the potential for transformation through dedication and hard work.
